Membership

Membership to our Sacco is open to all eligible candidates. Focus Women Sacco is keen to pre-qualify professional employed and self-employed women and subsequently enrol them to the Sacco.

Membership Criteria

  • One must be introduced by an existing member
  • complete an Application Form for vetting by the Management Committee
  • complete a Beneficiary Nomination Form.
  • provide a copy of ID and/or Passport.
  • provide one colored passport-size photo
  • make an initial contribution of at least Kshs 6,000 consisting of;

    • 1.A non-refundable registration fee of Kshs 1,000

    2.First Month Share Deposit of Kshs 5,000 or more

  • maintain membership by contributing a minimum of Kshs 5,000 each month thereafter.

Membership Cessation

  • A member intending to to cease her membership from the Focus Women Sacco shall give a sixty days' notice to the management.
  • Registration fee is not refundable on cessation of membership.
  • Cessation is only accorded upon clearance of the individual's loans and proper security of loans guaranteed to other members.
